Metamorphosis Belly Dance Studio

A sincere lover of dance fitness, Michelle Wilson is the newest addition to Metamorphoses Dance Studio.  She has been in the health and fitness industry for 4 years. She began her fitness career as an instructor at local gym where she taught Body Flow, a fitness class that combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.  From there, she began pursuing trainings in other areas of group fitness and now is skilled in teaching Yoga, Pilates, Group Cycling, Zumba, Pole Fitness, designing and facilitating boot camps and personal training.    She is bringing Zumba, Pole Fitness to Metamorphosis Studio. Each class offers its own unique and dynamic experience.  Zumba is a dance fitness class that combines hypnotic Latin rhythms with high energy Latin moves.  Pole Fitness is an exhilarating class that takes the boredom out your exercise routine and adds excitement by introducing students to beginning pole spins and tricks with sensual core strengthening and body toning movements.
